What this website is for

This website lets you browse upcoming educational events, register to attend, and manage your registration. Events are educational only: no sales presentations, no carrier-specific or product-specific recommendations, and no applications or enrollment activities take place at these events.

Registration

You agree to provide accurate registration information (name, phone, and optional email).
Some events are private and require an invitation code; codes are not transferable or public.
Seating is limited. A registration is a request to attend and may be wait-listed or declined if an event is full.
Please cancel or update your registration if your plans change, so seats can be offered to others.

Communications

Registering for an event does not create Medicare Permission to Contact, Scope of Appointment, or consent to marketing. Optional text messages are covered by the SMS Terms, and all communication choices are explained on the Communications & Consent page.

Acceptable use

Do not register on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
Do not attempt to access attendee records, invitation codes, or the agent dashboard.
Do not misuse the website in a way that disrupts events or other guests.

Changes and availability

Events may be rescheduled or cancelled; registered guests will be notified using the contact details they provided. We may update these terms, and the current version will always be posted here. Administrator review: confirm how guests are notified of term changes.
