Communications & Consent
21st Assurance LLC hosts complimentary educational events. There are three separate ways we may communicate with you about an event. Each is independent — agreeing to one does not mean agreeing to another.
1. Online event registration
Information you enter when you RSVP online (name, telephone, optional email, guest count, and session choices) is collected for event administration and attendance management only.
- Registering does not create Medicare Permission to Contact.
- Registering does not create a Medicare Scope of Appointment.
- Registering does not give consent to receive marketing communications.
2. SMS event notifications (optional)
The registration form includes a separate, unchecked text-message box. Only if you check it, we record your agreement (the exact wording, the date and time, the event, and how you registered). Leaving it unchecked is never treated as consent. The current draft wording is:
I agree to receive text messages from 21st Assurance LLC concerning the educational event for which I register, including registration confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and cancellations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is optional and is not a condition of event attendance. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
Text messaging is not active yet and will not begin until carrier registration and messaging compliance requirements are complete. See the SMS Terms.
3. Voice RSVP
You may call a dedicated 21st Assurance RSVP number to register for an educational event. Administrator review: dedicated RSVP number not yet assigned; automated phone RSVP is not active. Until it is, call 904-258-0313 and a team member will register you.
Calling to RSVP does not authorize future marketing calls, marketing text messages, or Medicare sales contact.
