Information we collect
- First and last name, telephone number, and optional email address
- The event you register for, number of guests, and session choices
- How you registered (online, invitation code, phone, or walk-in) and when
- Any optional follow-up requests you choose to check
- If you check the optional text-message box: a record of that agreement, its wording, and its date and time
We do not ask for Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, or financial account details.
How we use it
- To manage event registration, seating, check-in, and attendance
- To contact you about the event you registered for (for example, schedule changes)
- To respond to optional follow-up requests you made
Registering does not create Medicare Permission to Contact, Scope of Appointment, or consent to marketing. See Communications & Consent.
Storage and access
Registration records are stored with our website hosting provider. Access is limited to authorized 21st Assurance staff who sign in to the event dashboard. Attendee lists are not shown publicly. Administrator review: describe security practices that are actually in place.
Retention
Administrator review: retention period for registration and consent records has not been set.
Service providers
We use outside providers to host this website and its data, and may use providers to send event emails or, in future, event text messages and phone RSVPs. Administrator review: list current providers and confirm any data-sharing practices.
Your communication choices
